Individually guided retreats (IGRs) are a wonderful opportunity to deepen your relationship with God by facing up to the real challenges in your life, supported by a retreat guide / retreat director / soul friend. We can arrange individually guided retreats (IGRs) at Mount Tabor Retreat Centre on the island of Antigua, at dates to suit you, subject to availability. On an IGR, you have one session a day with your director, who listens to you and makes suggestions for what you do over the next 24 hours. Then it's up to you and the Holy Spirit!
In Antigua, Sister Mary Jo, the Director of Mount Tabor, offers IGRs which draw on the island's landscape. They can be in the Ignatian style - for an explanation of that, follow the first link below. Alternatively, since Sr Mary Jo is an artist, she also enjoys helping people who wish to explore painting and prayer.
