What is included:
Flights and taxes; transfers between airport and accommodation; en suite room for 13 nights; sheets and towels; local tax; 45 treatments at the spa (5 per day for 9 days); help with practicalities and language from the group leader; retreat input on 7 days; excursion by scheduled bus to Aix-en-Provence; towels and dressing gowns at the spa.
At Mas de l’Orangerie: studio with balcony, equipped kitchenette, cleaning before and after stay.
At Grand Hôtel des Colonnes: breakfast and one main meal per day (set menu), daily maid service, TV. We shall endeavour to book garden-view rooms with balconies but cannot guarantee this.
What is NOT included:
Travel between home and UK airport; consultation(s) with French doctor (about £16 per session); any additional treatments over and above the five per day (cost about £9 per session); any sessions with a physiotherapist; tea towels; personal expenses; fuel surcharges; telephone; internet access; taxis; gratuities (we suggest 50 euros at the Grand Hôtel des Colonnes and 40 euros at the Mas de l'Orangerie); TV at the Mas de l’Orangerie ; insurance: valid insurance is obligatory. Pilgrim Travel can offer insurance cover.

This retreat-holiday is not recommended for wheelchair-users or people with serious problems of mobility as Gréoux is hilly.

This is particularly important for anyone who has had a heart attack, an operation, chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the last five years. Clients should obtain a letter of recommendation from their doctor, their osteopath or their chiropractor to the English-speaking doctor of thermal medicine in Gréoux-les-Bains who will prescribe the treatments to be given.
