What is included
Scheduled flights and taxes, airport transfers in Cyprus, en suite accommodation for seven nights, half board, excursions and admissions as detailed in the programme, the services of the retreat leader.

What is not included
Travel within the UK, lunches, drinks, personal expenditure, spa treatments other than sauna, steam room and use of the spa pool. Insurance: a valid policy is obligatory. Gratuities - this is up to you, but the suggested amount is €40 per passenger for the week.
