Dates
The dates for individually guided retreats can be arranged to suit you, subject to availability. The official hurricane season is from June to November, so we recommend that, if possible, you go outside this period. As the flights are so long, we suggest you stay for more than a week if you can.
You are welcome to stay at the retreat house for a week's retreat and a few days' holiday if you wish.
Prices
The price of air-tickets varies enormously with the date of flights. If you can be flexible over dates it will help us to keep the cost down. Guide price from the UK: from £1699 for ten nights at Holy Redeemer(full board) plus two nights in Antigua (b&b) and one night on the plane. NO SINGLE SUPPLEMENT.
Flight prices go up as the date of departure approaches, so we buy air-tickets as soon as we receive bookings from clients. Because of the high cost of air travel to the Caribbean, we have to ask for a deposit of £599 on individually guided retreats to Dominica.
Flights
Flying from the UK, you have to change planes in Antigua, which means spending a night there on the outward journey and possibly on the return journey as well. There are flights to Antigua from Gatwick and Manchester. You should book as far ahead as you can. Not all carriers fly every day of the week.

Accessibility
The flight from the UK to Antigua takes over eight hours and you then have the onward journey to Dominica next day, so this trip is not for anyone frail. The house is built on a slope and does not have a lift. The terrain in Dominica is generally fairly rough, but there are paved paths in the grounds.
