Individually guided retreats (IGRs) are a wonderful opportunity to deepen your relationship with God, facing up to the real challenges of your life with the support of a retreat guide / retreat director / soul friend.

One of the places where we can arrange individually guided retreats is Holy Redeemer Retreat Centre, which is situated in the middle of a rainforest on the stunningly beautiful Caribbean "nature island" of Dominica.
On an IGR, you have one session a day with your retreat director, who listens to you and makes suggestions for what you do over the next 24 hours, often suggesting a particular passage of Scripture for you to pray with. The rest of the day is spent in silence, going for walks in the grounds and the rainforest and being open to the whisper of the Holy Spirit.
Subject to availability, individually guided retreats can be arranged at dates to suit you, though we recommend that you avoid the hurricane season (June to November).
