Holy Redeemer Retreat House
We shall be staying at the Holy Redeemer Retreat House at Eggleston, in the south of the island. What does it have to offer? To start with, location, location, location... It stands surrounded by glorious tropical flowers in the middle of a rainforest, 1200 feet above sea level. If you want to get away from it all, you can't do better than that!
The bedrooms are simply furnished, but they are all en suite and they open onto a balcony or verandah looking out over the rainforest and (from the higher floors) a distant view to the sea.

as well as benches in the grounds for meditating out of doors:
The best thing of all is wandering in the grounds and the surrounding rain forest, enjoying the flowers and the lush vegetation.
Holy Redeemer offers full board, with predominantly Caribbean cuisine. Filtered water is available free of charge throughout the day. On our retreat-holiday, we'll go shopping early in our stay so that you can stock upon other drinks. Internet access and washing machines are available.
