Spain: Royal Scots College, Salamanca

4 windows

The Royal Scots College has centuries of history in Spain, but has been based in its present building only since 1988. It started out as a seminary, but now, following a major refurbishment, it is a very comfortable and welcoming house of hospitality for Christian groups and individuals. The photograph above shows some of the wonderful, prayerful stained glass windows in the chapel.

College cloisterAlthough built in the 1960s, the architecture of the College follows the traditional pattern of a  cloister round a courtyard.
